Great Expectations

When we have expectations about other people, we will inevitably be disappointed. When we place high expectations on ourselves we let ourselves down. The only One who is always going to be faithful, perfect, just and who will never leave, is God and you’re not Him. Neither am I.

What’s a little crazy, is that God will actually exceed all your expectations:

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all the ages, world without end. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21
