The darkness will never overcome the light of Christ. I can’t imagine living in this dark and depraved world with Jesus to hold on to, to help me and to lift up my head when things get too heavy. But, there are millions who don’t know Him. Who really are in the darkness and have no hope.
Our God wants them to know Him, to understand that He loves them and has grace for them - but we must open our mouths! We have been commissioned, called to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. How many of us haven’t even managed to do that in our own neighborhood?
