It’s so easy to get caught up in the business of our work and responsibilities that we do not take time to be refreshed. Just as we cannot stay in high gear all the time and need to rest, our hearts and spirits cannot give and give without being refreshed. So many of us are failing at this... going to church on Sunday is not enough. We must spend time with our Lord to be refreshed - He wants to spend this time, He wants to refresh our souls, He wants us to be full of the fullness of Him - not empty shells that are just going through the motions.
