Showing Up

I borrowed this from @louiegiglio I’m not sure if it’s his quote or someone else’s, but I think there’s a lot of truth in it. How many times have you lost respect for someone who was in a leadership role because they weren’t there when:

You needed them or needed help?

You were working hard to meet their expectations or goals?

You were struggling with the work load?

You get the idea - the same is true when you’re a leader, whether it’s over your kids and household, people in the workplace or church, or of yourself. Who can count on you?
