We have a purpose to show Jesus to others - we do this everywhere we go and with everyone we encounter. The question is, what message are we proclaiming with our actions? Are we showing people the Good News of grace and mercy, or are we showing them a burdensome religious spirit with judgement and condemnation?
“Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:15-16
You have a light to shine, speak words of light and life where ever you go, to everyone you encounter.
