The Lord is Our Peace

The Lord our Peace is one of God’s names. Gideon called Him that, and so do we. Many of us learned Jehovah Shalom, but it’s probably more correct to call Him Yahweh - I AM - Shalom.

He IS always our peace, our place of refuge and protection. He is the rock we cling to when encounter the storms of life, and He is our Deliverer. He never leaves us alone and He always brings us through to the other side.
