I remember what I felt when I really understood and grasped the truth that there was NOTHING I could do to stop God from loving me and pruning out His grace. It’s astounding.
He gives us grace so that we will come to Him - He wants our presence not our performance. Think about that… God, the Creator of all thing and King of the Universe wants to be with YOU so much that He has already forgiven you for your weaknesses and sins. He accepts you exactly the way you are and gives you access to the nourishment of His Holy Spirit - Living Water that will help us to grow into who we want to be and who God purposes us to be…all though His recklessly generous grace and mercy.
