There are so many sayings that are repeated as if they’re scripture, but they’re not. They’re actually lies!
If I believe that God won’t give me more than I can handle, then I won’t press through to the great things that can only be accomplished after my strength and skills have tapped out and the Lord is working in and through me. Learning to walk in step with the Lord is my daily goal, so that I won’t miss something or someone that matters. I pray that I will be in tune with Holy Spirit with a heart full of compassion like Jesus and grace for others like our Good Father. It’s a goal I will spend my life working towards - pressing on because it’s worth it!
