When we get overwhelmed, we tend to think our problems are much bigger and formidable than they really are. When we do this, we magnify them when we should be magnifying God and our faith in Him. That’s the path to overcoming instead of being overwhelmed.
“I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify Him with thanksgiving.” Psalms 69:30
I’ve seen God do some amazing, awesome, wondrous, miraculous things when I didn’t have a clue what could possibly happen in a situation. He is a Mighty Way-Maker who wants to show up for us in our lives and even in our problems. So, “Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together.” Psalms 34:3
