Every single one of us is the result of second chances (or 3rd, 4th…100th). We’ve all been given one by Jesus, and He requires that we give them to others. Not just the people who are sorry, but as long as they’re not dangerous, even to the people who aren’t sorry. Jesus calls us to forgive EVERYONE, even if we don’t reconcile or let them back into our lives for our emotional or physical safety. This is hard! Maybe the hardest thing He asked, but He helps us when we ask Him. So ask. Forgive. Move on.
