Psalm 62

Psalm 62 has been coming up to me over and over the past couple of weeks, so I decided to spend some time there…

“My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God. Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us." ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭62‬:‭5‬-‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

I have lived and loved this Psalm for a very long time - my hope is in God (except for when I forgot),

My faith won’t be shaken (until it was),

I wait upon the Lord (until I got too impatient),

But, He is always my refuge! He is always with me to help me up when I fall. Surely His grace and mercy will follow me all the days of my life!
