Trust and Obey

Luck and “the odds” don’t mean anything to the Lord. Why do we put so much faith in them, then? The Lord has shown us over and over in the Bible that He is an over-coming God. In this verse, it was Jonathan and his armor bearer against many Philistines. In Judges 7, the Lord had Gideon faced the massive army of the Midianites with 300 men.

What do you face? The Lord can handle it with your faith and obedience. Don’t put your trust in the odds or in luck or I. Your own abilities and limitations, put your trust in God!
