When you feel the strain of life’s worries, or the weight of its burdens, what do you do?

I sing.

I almost always have a worship song playing on repeat in my mind. I sing it to myself, or out loud when I can. When I don’t have the song, I turn on worship music and fill my atmosphere with praise.

This is how I live.

This is how I fight my battles.

This is how I grieve.

This is how I rejoice.

This is how I rebuild my faith when I’ve been knocked down.

The Lord IS my strength and my song!
