Choose Joy

I am grateful to have learned this lesson when I was a young girl, a teenager who couldn’t walk and struggled against the monster of chronic debilitating pain. I learned to choose joy. To choose life and to never give up. I made those choices over and over and I continue to make them….

I’m blessed to be healed and whole now, but my strength has always come from the joy of the Lord.
