As Christians, we are “followers of Christ” or, more accurately, disciples. So, let me ask you: How often do you think of yourself this way? We are also God’s precious children - and yet our Father thinks of us as disciples of Christ all the time.

“For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.” Romans‬ ‭8:29-30‬ ‭

Being a disciple, means disciplining yourself to become more like your teacher, to emulate and duplicate your teacher’s ways and efforts. Remember the “WWJD” bracelets - this was a great idea to help us stay mindful of our calling to do what Jesus would do. #wwjd #discipleship #followerofchrist #calledandchosen #childofgod #shalom #yourjourneytobeingwhole #dailydevotional
