I believe that there is a time and place for correction and that it can be very constructive, but it doesn’t usually work if it comes from someone who never encourages…
Think about it, who do you listen to? Who do you seek out for advice? Is it the people who have spoken life to you and are kind and loving? Or, is it the people who always tell you what you need to change or fix?
1 Thessalonians 5:11 says, "Therefore encourage one another and build up one another."
