Fair Is Fair

I e always been a person who fought to make things fair and just. From my kids to other family members to society in general, I wanted to make sure that I was being fair and treating people respectfully and I valued that in others. So, this verse bothered me a little, because it seems like it isn’t “fair.”

When I FINALLY started understanding grace deep in my heart, I finally recognized that nothing about God’s grace is fair and just, because if it was, none of us would get any at all! No matter how good you think you are, you’re still a flawed human. I had been taught this for years before I really understood that it’s amazing for someone who is at deaths door to get saved and go to meet Jesus, no matter how much I think they should have to pay for their life of sin, Jesus blood cleansed them just like it does me. Hallelujah!
