Ignoring Unbelief

I’ve heard this verse preached many, many times. And, I have lived it many, many times. The greatest steps of faith are always taken in the dark - when you have no certainty of what is next except for your trust in God and His faithfulness. All the people had given up. It was too late, all is lost, The Lord didn’t want to heal her, blah blah blah….

The Greek word used here for Jesus “overheard” them also means that He “ignored” them. Do ignore the naysayers? Do you press on even when everyone tells you it’s not worth it? When you know that you know that you know, DON’T QUIT. ONLY BELIEVE.

Always listen to the Holy Spirit and let Him lead you, because sometimes you want something so badly, and God wants you to let it go. When you believe with all your strength and it doesn’t happen, it can wreck you. I’m a witness. The key is being led by God according to His plan and purpose, NOT leading Him according to yours.
