
“Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” Matthew 22:37-39
How we love God and people is more important than anything else we do. ANYTHING.
Why is it so difficult for us Christians then? Why do we act ‘high and mighty’ so often? Why do we spout disdain and hatred for those who don’t agree with us on social media?
We need to be the ones that EVERYONE wants to come to for advice, comfort and fellowship - even if they’re not a Christian. Especially if they’re not a Christian. People are supposed to be attracted to us by our love for others. Are they?
