I know that when we’re in the pain of a really hard situation or season, this isn’t very comforting. I know - I’m a witness. But, when you’re recovering from it, things become clearer and come into focus, little by little. Because “we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” (Romans 8:28) the Lord will not waste your pain or your sacrifice. He is with you and He will bring beauty from the ashes of each fire.
I wrote about this yesterday, but now my greatest struggles, my worst days are making me relatable to people who need hope. So talk about it. Don’t hide your pain. Let it give hope.
