When we pray, when we seek God, it’s important to remember our place; to be humble. The truth is, our place is as a son or daughter to the King of the Universe, and our brother is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, who defeated the devil. He gave us authority over all the power of the devil, but make no mistake about it, the devil is using all of his own power to undermine us every chance he gets. He relishes it when he can get us to give in to him, even though we have authority over him, for us to feel powerless and hopeless is the devils goal. He tries to get us to believe lies and to undermine our faith.
But we aren’t powerless. We have ALL authority over the enemy. Ask God to fill you with hope and to reveal any lies you may have believed.
