I believe Jesus is saying this to us whenever we ask, are repentant or are ashamed. I also think that we struggle with receiving His grace and forgiveness though. For some reason, we tend to continue to punish ourselves and reject grace.
Do you do that? I remember when I really started walking in His grace and not just receiving His forgiveness, but actually forgiving myself - that’s when you start walking in the spirit of freedom!
