This is the difference for those who are following Christ. Getting to know Jesus and walk with the Holy Spirit is totally different than learning about God. It’s actually getting to know Him and His heart for you. That’s what it means to have a relationship with Him. Now, when you read the Bible or study any subject, you have the counsel of the Holy Spirit to help you see and understand it on a different level. It doesn’t matter if it’s science, history, poetry or Scripture- God’s hand is in it all! He is also in touch with your emotions and your needs even better than you are, yourself.
