Self Care

I remember a time when I felt like taking care of myself was a selfish act and that taking care of the needs of others was much more important. I learned that I was much better at taking care of others and at pursuing my call and purpose when I had done a little self care. I pray that all may go well with you and that you’ll be healthy in your body, soul and spirit.


What do I do? I spend time in devotion, I write, I exercise, and I try to eat healthy. When this is how I start my day, I “show up filled up” to my work and my relationships. What do you do for self care?
