The Enemy

It’s easy to be enticed by an “easier” way to success or a way to reduce the work necessary to reach your goals, but it’s usually not best! There are reasons that the things that are worthwhile cost us time and energy - God disciples us in this process when we’re following His will. The enemy is going to do what he can to get you off track and he will usually make it look like it’s “a better way.” Watch out!

It’s easy to get caught up in your feelings when someone offends you or even does you wrong. We get hurt or angry at them and sometimes we forget who the enemy really is. People make mistakes and we all misunderstand one another ALL THE TIME, but how we handle this can show faith and love or selfishness and judgment. If unity is threatened, odds are good that the enemy is behind it, manipulating things to offend and create confusion. That doesn’t mean we don’t hold ourselves accountable for our words, we must respond in love and humility though. When we follow Jesus, we love people, show grace and mercy, and walk humbly with our God.
