We go on many journeys in this life. Some of them take us forward and some of them don’t. Our journey of faith is probably the most important - because “without faith it’s impossible to please God.” Hebrews 11:6
Sometimes this journey requires us to “Stand still and are the salvation of God” (Exodus 14:13) and other times it requires us to “strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.” (Hebrews 12:1)
This journey of faith can also lead to wholeness...or not. Many Christians are wounded in body, mind or spirit. These wounds affect their decisions and cause them to set limits on what they can do - these wounds hold them back from fulfilling the purpose and plan God called them to. But God wants to heal them and make them whole.
