When you feel the darkness creeping up, remember that Jesus said you would NEVER walk in darkness again. You already have the LIGHT of life with you.
You are filled with the Holy Spirit who is God, knows all the answers and always has your back - just listen to Him! If you’re not sure if it’s Him or not, start a conversation in your heart with Him and ask Him quest and stuff - you can learn to hear His voice this way.
