Hope is incredibly important. It matters. When you don’t have hope it’s difficult to keep trying. Without hope, we lose our strength. ”Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a desire fulfilled is a tree of life.“ Proverbs 13:12
Resilience requires hope and so does survival! I encourage you to work on keeping hope alive every day! It takes work, it doesn’t always come naturally but you’ve got to choose hope and choose life!
