Sometimes people think that their life doesn’t mean anything - that there’s no purpose for them. Sometimes people think that they do have purpose but don’t understand how some others might. They tend to think too highly of themselves and forget that every single person matters to the Lord - and that We will never see one whom God doesn’t love.
Our culture has made it “OK to be prideful. And this pride isn’t in goodness, it’s in narcissism, selfishness, sin, and anger. And, it’s in the Church. Who will love those who seem unloveable? Who will show compassion for those who are marginalized or for the refugees? Who will feed the poor and minister to the homeless when we are all so busy with political rhetoric? Come on Church! BE the hands and feet of Jesus today - walk in the Spirit and fulfill your purpose!
