God loves us and created us to love Him and to love each other. There isn’t an exception - we are to love everyone every day. This includes those who hurt you, those who spitefully use you, those who are your enemy. This is hard... in fact it’s impossible without God the Father, Jesus the son and the Holy Spirit who help us. God also pours His grace on us when we fail. Loving your enemy doesn’t mean you don’t prosecute a felon or report a crime - it means you don’t take on a mantle of anger and hatred, rather you hope that the person will find the Lord, will have a repentant heart and will make amends somehow - while receiving justice.
This includes you, if you are the one who hurts someone. whether you betray or sin against someone, don’t ever think that someone will get away with evil - God is a perfect judge and His Justice will be done.
