Anointed

The Lord’s purposes and plans are not derailed or even delayed. He will do what He planned and each one of us is able to fulfill our purposes. If we say “No” to God, He will still do what He plans and He may even still use you. Look at Jonah... just sayin.’

This was declared by David when He was in great trouble. He knew God would be faithful no matter how dire the situation. David was attacked many times and his enemies were fierce, but God had anointed him and protected him. God has anointed you and me too! Really. He has given each of us specific gifts and anointed us for the plans and purposes He created for each one of us. He is with you and me. He loves us eternally and unconditionally- lean into Him and let Him show Himself strong on your behalf.
