Being still can be oh so difficult to do. This isn’t only true for children, it’s true for adults too - we may be sitting down but there is nothing still in our minds and spirits. Sometimes we watch TV or drink to lose ourselves in that and shut our minds off, but we aren’t still.
Today I challenge us all to try to be still before God for a few minutes.
